Ordering & Shipping Information
Ordering
1) Orders may be placed directly online or by contacting the AOCS Mint directly
2) When an order is submitted the total is final - NO CANCELLATIONS!
- The AOCS Mint is proud to offer gold, silver and copper products both at LIVE and fixed prices (determined by the live "ask" price from Kitco). Your order is a binding, legally enforceable agreement to pay for your products. Once you've placed an order, we do NOT allow any cancellations before receiving payment.
3) Due to market fluctuations, deposits are always due within 24 hours of submitting an order
Depositing
1) The AOCS Mint is capable of receiving deposits via a variety of methods depending on your order size, products being ordered, promotion terms & conditions, etc. Here is a short list of some of those methods offered @ checkout and when they may or may not be offered:
- PayPal (currently allowed for orders under $600)
- Credit Card (processed through PayPal Merchant Services; currently allowed for orders under $600)
- Auto Bank-Draft (ACH debit for withdrawing directly from your bank account; subject to 5 business day hold on shipping)
- Offsite Payment
**If you are unsure which method to use or would like to speak with a representative directly about your order, select the "Offsite Payment" method at checkout to lock-in your order & price. When contacted, additional options may be made available such as mailing in a cashier's check or money order (5 business day hold), processing a wire transfer (subject to additional fees), depositing cash into our account @ Chase Bank, etc.
Ordering Minimums & Lead-Times
1) Ordering minimums are determined by specific products, demand, available inventory, re-minting minimums, promotions, etc
- Minimums are subject to change on a daily or weekly basis. If you are unable to order the minimum or have questions about current inventory, please contact the AOCS Mint directly for more information.
2) The AOCS Mint reserves the right to accept orders for products that are NOT currently in stock and are on back-order. This allows our customers to lock-in at live market pricing even when we are experiencing blanking and/or minting delays
- Estimated Lead-Times :: Typically between 0 - 8 weeks from when your deposit is received
**Because the AOCS Mint offers a variety of products, each product is unique in how it is minted and how long it takes to deliver. To help keep you informed, we update estimated lead-times on a weekly basis for each product (information located in the product description).
3) Lead-times for orders are ESTIMATES ONLY
- If we cannot ship your order within the delivery time represented to you at the time of purchase, we will inform you prior to the expiration of that period of time that we are unable to meet the delivery date. We always ENCOURAGE you to touch base with us if you have any questions regarding your order status.
Our promise is ALWAYS to deliver. We guarantee that our products are of the highest quality in the industry (if not the best) and will either meet or exceed your expectations. To maintain this standard and our reputation, we are constantly fighting the demand and our larger competitors to obtain blanks for faster lead-times.
Shipping Information
1) Almost all orders are shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day service with tracking and/or signature confirmation (insurance available upon request)
- The flat rate charge for orders under 100oz = $7.90
- Orders over 100oz (for silver) are shipped FREE!
2) International orders are subject to additional shipping charges and/or may require the international client to provide a shipping account with a carrier such as UPS or FedEx International. Insurance is not covered unless paid for by the receiver.
